Maelynn was our server and was exceptional. She was kind, courteous and helpful. She saw we were thirsty and explained where water was available in the park and hotel. She helped us with the kids eat free specials and did everything in her power to make our meals enjoyable. She even helped us conclude our meal 20-30 quicker so our little boy could enjoy extra time in the waterpark before we leave tomorrow morning. She is a wonderful server and Great Wolf is lucky to have her!

Terrific vacation spot for kids. They had a blast. The venue and room was clean and comfortable. I extremely dislike the prices for food and drink, though. They're so cheap, they don't allow refills on fountain drinks. They charged $3.49 for a 16oz fountain drink, and lock the fountain behind a QR code scanner. A candy bar was $6+. Absolutely absurd.

We had an amazing experience at Great Wolf Lodge, and a big reason why was the outstanding service from Joshua Rabaum. From the moment we interacted with him, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great stay. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel like valued guests. Exceptional customer service can truly make a vacation memorable, and Joshua absolutely delivered. Great Wolf Lodge is lucky to have someone so dedicated to providing such a positive guest experience. Thank you, Joshua, for helping make our trip so enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

After years of staying here and thousands of dollars spent, our family is going to go elsewhere. This is our last night here and we’re not coming back. We are leaving the great wolf lodge pack. Tonight I got a print out of our final bill and couldn’t believe all of the taxes that have been added on. They even have a parking tax that goes on top of the $20 parking fee per day. The women’s restroom in the water park had mold in the corner of the stall I was in. I spent over $9 just for 2 bottles of Aquafina water. The main swimming pool had several cracks on the top ledges. It really makes you wonder why this hotel is charging crazy amounts of money and the place is deteriorating. It’s just sad. The last thing I want to mention is how much we will miss Frank. He used to hand out the wolf ears and is now handling the towels in the water park. We always looked forward to seeing him. He’s 79 and still working there. I wish him the best.

Cindy (front desk) , thank you for being so welcoming and sweet to our family. You were very helpful and kind. We’ve been to 8 different GWL locations all over the country, and you stand out as one of the best pack members we’ve encountered! While the waterpark wasn’t our favorite that we’ve been to (smaller compared to other GWL’s) the people and cleanliness of this location stand out. We also had a great interaction with the GM who was able to help us and answer questions. The young ladies who worked the build a bear area were also awesome!
